·         Planning and schedule preparation for engineering, procurement, construction of Mechanical, Piping and Electrical, Instrumentation activities

·         Responsible for monitoring progress of work and compares with the approved schedule.

·         Daily monitoring the Status of Subsystems and Commissioning Units (ITR’s, DAC’s, MC-01 completion)

• Planning and monitoring the overall company master schedule for different disciplines.
• Create & Update Installation Curves using standard unit rates.
• Initiate & monitor manpower histograms & resources distribution by craft.
• Monitor & analyze schedule performance, problems & opportunities for improvement.
• Track actual quantities, manpower & progress percentages against targets.
• Evaluate subcontractors’ physical progress & quantity reporting.

2.) Preparation of Progress Measurement System

3.) Review BOQ, Drawings and technical specification to be able to plan

4.) Deals and engage with Subcontractors in relation to their programs and contracts

5.) Attends Progress and Coordination Meetings and other necessary meetings for the project

6.) Prepares Mitigation Programs if necessary
