Ø  Establishing realistic schedules for all projects and ensure implementation of most appropriate and effective progress measurement and reporting systems by the Consultants & Subcontractors to enable effective monitoring of the progress and timely project completions

Ø  Preparation of integrated Baseline from project submittal and follow up on the all phases of project work with the aid of Primavera P6.

• Experienced in writing of technical and detailed reports, especially in Construction Management, Planning, Scheduling, Cost Analysis, and Monthly Reports, Cash flow, and Update Schedules.
• Experienced in structural design, detailing, work shop drawings and site supervising.

- Preparing Project schedule in Gant Charts and PERT/CPM using Primavera 3 & 6 Project Planner or Microsoft Project software.

-Preparing schedule to assist project engineers to raised Project Budget Proposals & AFE’s (Authorization for Expenditures)

-Prepare, develop, coordinate, and integrate all levels of plans and schedules based on Project Engineers information.
