As Planning Engineer I was Responsible for all the Planning and Cost Control aspects of the Projects assigned. I was reporting to the Project Manager and regional Projects Control Manager.

As Planning Engineer I was Responsible for all the Planning and Cost Control aspects of the Projects assigned. I was reporting to the Contracts Manager. Main responsibilities covered under the role were preparation of cost and resource loaded master schedule, monitoring of actual work against approved schedule and issuing early warnings to relevant department on any deviation, preparation of earned values and comparison with the actual cost to measure the profitability of projects, Preparation of S-curves, monthly reports and preparation of EOT claims.

·         Ensure work requests are clearly defined, scheduled and completed.

·         Routes work requests originating within the plant to the appropriate work group or service provider.

Planning Engineer for the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link Tunnel Project between Denmark and Germany

Responsible for developing scope of work and monitoring of quality and progress of construction work.   Directly reported to Project Site Manager.   Key responsibility focused on ensuring corporate, client, and regulatory compliance of all activities (technical, financial, and human resource activities).   Managed costs and project timelines, ensuring all deliverables were meet by agreed upon milestones.   Prepared and analyzed progress reports and updated master schedule
