The project scope consisted for the Design required for the removal of the existing Magnox Dissolver Vesel and its associated equipment (Mechanical, piping,electrical, instrumentation and loss control systems.
Responsibilities consisted of developing a high level project project plan,encompassing design,procurement and implementation which supported the estimated financial costs with a risk analysis to the project plan and cost estimate.
Responsibilities management schedule, summarize the analysis of project progress with emphasis on critical path. Escalate the potential problems with proposed solutions and updating project planned activities for the coming month
