PLANNING ENGINEER

Company profile: Dulam International is a leading provider of subsea services to the oil and gas industry in the Middle East and Indian Subcontinent. Dulam is primarily engaged in Construction Support, Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of offshore structures using Diver and ROV intervention techniques.

Project: Various offshore Subsea platform inspection, Spools installation & pipe lay projects of different clients like Iranian Offshore Oil Company, Occidental Qatar, Saudi Aramco, ONGC etc.

First time working as a Planning Engineer @ Valens, Brussels, Belgium

o   Create Cost and Resource loaded Baseline as per FIDIC contract clauses and got approval from consultant/Client.

o   Preparation of upto level 6 schedule for different contract requirements including Tender, Recovery and Acceleration Schedules.

o   Coordinate and guide project execution team to successful timely completion of project. Closely monitoring the project schedule and progress, and provide reports as required to execute the project as per contract.

Planning Engineer / Project Coordinator / Project Incharge - Involved in various Industrial Electrification / Substation / Transmission Line & Cross Country Cabling projects.

• Planning and Reviewing construction program of works related to Civil /Structural/ID /MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm/ELV discipline wise detailed man-hours, cash flow, dashboards, s-curves of the Contractor using Primavera P6 & MS Project and ensure that the Project Plan reflects the project scope and is fully resourced and cost loaded in reference to the BOQ and Engineering drawings issued for siteconstruction.
• Develop and manage appropriate program of works related to design for Civil /Structural/ID/ MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm / ELV using Primavera P6 a

• Prepare construction program of works related to Civil /Structural/ID /MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm/ELV discipline wise detailed man-hours , cash flow, dashboards, s-curves using Primavera P6 & MS Project and ensure that the Project Plan reflects the project scope and is fully resourced and cost loaded in reference to the BOQ and Engineering drawings issued for site construction.
• Prepare Revised Program for the remaining works and recovery program.
• Check and Update program of works as required for the project through close out, integrating contractor and prog

Civil Engineer working at the project conctrol department for 74 buildings housing project in Jeddah-Saudi Arabia

Al-Farid Contracting Establishment is involved in the general construction of multi-storey commercial buildings and residential villas.
• Prepare project schedules by Critical Path Method (CPM) including activity duration estimates, man-hours loading, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), progress S-curve, monthly cash flow, and obtain approval of the Project Manager.

Been Working as a Planning Engineer for Oil & Gas Field here in Gulf Coordinating Countries.
