Construction/management of the time schedule of an electrical network in Libya, and of a telecom network project.

Construction of the time schedule for three sewage treatment plants:

• Planning & scheduling of the engineering, procurement and construction phases;
• Methods and procedures to measure the progress;
• Weekly and monthly reports;
• Training of an engineer for the mission.

Planning engineer. Construction of the time schedules of a motorway in Slovaquia and of a metroline in Dublin:

- Elaboration of the WBS of the projects, in interaction with the partners;

- Construction of the time schedules, Gantt & trip diagrams, with durations descriptions;

- Serverals travels in Slovaquia.

• Prepare resource & cost loaded loaded schedules for Process Plants in Coal Handling Sector
• Effectively gather construction progress activity to provide advice and feedback to construction personnel on their work area activities monitored against the Construction Program.
• Interface with construction personnel providing feedback on progress impacts on the Construction Program.
• Interface with construction personnel on productivity.
• Continual maintenance of the Construction Program through analysis of construction activity data and effective update

Preparation of baseline programs and as-built program, Preparation and issue of necessary reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to Head Office and/or Client. Preparation and monitor of materials and major procurement of the project. Site supervision and coordination with owner’s representative.

PIPEMILL PRODUCTION / PLANNING ENGINEER

Responsible to Lead Pipemill Engineer, as part of a Production Team, for 2 Pipemills and Pilerack Fabrication Facilities, and to provide all relevant information from client drawings and specifications necessary to carry out Tubular Assembly for use in the fabrication of offshore oil and gas structures.  Many of these activities are subject to the pressure of providing the most economic method and sequencing of events, which were normally subject to tight time schedules.
