PLANNING ENGINEER

• Preparation of baseline program after carefully studying the contract documents and consultation with the Project team.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly updated programs.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Discuss weekly progress in progress meetings with the client
• Attend design coordination meetings for any potential impacts on scope, budget and time.
• Frequent site visits to collect progress information and discuss site issues with the project manager.

Undertook the following on a wide variety of building and Infrastructure Projects:

-Developed Projects Baseline Schedule/Execution Plans, Resources and cost loading, Manpower Histogram, Progress S-Curve, Cash Flow and Progress Measur

• Prepare construction program of works related to Civil /Structural/ID /MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm/ELV discipline wise detailed man-hours , cash flow, dashboards, s-curves using Primavera P6 & MS Project and ensure that the Project Plan reflects the project scope and is fully resourced and cost loaded in reference to the BOQ and Engineering drawings issued for site construction.
• Prepare Revised Program for the remaining works and recovery program.
• Check and Update program of works as required for the project through close out, integrating contractor and prog

Development of schedules for design and installation of the SCADA remote operating systems for Great Man Made River Phase 2 (the pumping of fresh water from an underground lake through 1,000km of 5m diameter Water Pipe and Pumping Stations between south Libya and Tripoli).

Provision of the day to day planning for maintenance and emergency repair of the water and drainage services.

Development of schedules, progress updates and reports for the Enhanced Actinide Removal Plant Commissioning.
