FLEXLNG LNG Producer 1 Project – Norway ($550M - 1.7MTPA)

• Participated and won project bidding for a 1.7MTPA FLNG Project.
• Prepared project budget and cost forecasting, monthly cash flow forecast and cost report, invoice and payment request review and evaluation report.
• Analysed project schedule and progress; compared schedule against cash flow.

Takula Gas Processing Platform Project – Angola ($242M - 250MMSCFPD)

Pacific Bora Ultra Deepwater Drillship Project – South Korea ($850M - 12,000ft. water deep capability)

• Prepared construction schedule and post-delivery modifications schedule of the new built drillship.
• Managed the controls of project budget and invoice review of the drillship rig readiness and upgrade project.

·         Performs control of all relevant engineering documentation from conceptual to closeout as well as provision of planning and cost reports.

I was part of a management consultancy that supplied Planning, Commercial Risk and Cost Control services for Transco (British Gas), working from home with visits to site and client offices using both Primavera P3 and Microsoft 2000 computer systems, with supporting documentation produced using various Microsoft packages. In this time I have worked on design & construction projects. Responsible for monitoring Design house / MWC programmes for CTR reporting and change control. Planning and Cost Engineer for Amerada Hess on El Gassi, Zotti and El Agreb Fields in Algeria.  Interface with the contractor (Bechtel) on the GCR Project at Zotti. The GCR Project is for the EPC of a green-field plant to facilitate Automated Central Well Wash to all wells in all three fields and the enhanced Gas Lift and Gas Injection on the El Gassi Field.  GEA is a mature field operation with the output having depleted to 20,000bbl.

Provide Cost Engineering support for Jacobs South Florida offices. Analyze project performance and prepare monthly reports for senior management and operational project reviews.
