Planning & Control Manager. Planning & Control for the construction of High Quality High-Rise Towers, Hotels, Hospitals, Airports & Infrastructure Works. Lead team works towards Client's interests with relevant external parties and having significant impact & input on the planning / organizational issues & relevant decision making of the Project's Senior Management Coporate team.

Responsible for: Planning, monitoring, updating and reporting the projects progress; subcontractors' contracts; material schedules usage and procurement; projects cash flow along with the yearly, quarterly monthly budgets; Clients invoices and claims; Auditing technically & contractually all projects expenses; preparing cost control report; coordinating with projects managers all projects aspects; built a computerized information system for mentioned duties using Microsoft Office and Primavera.

(1) Conrad Hotel, Dubai – Main Tower (3B+2M+G+50) & Automated Car Park (1B+G+12) of AED 1.07 bn

(2) HHHR Tower - Dubai  Main Tower (G+M+70), Parking Building 1 (1B+G+10) & Parking Building 2 (2B+G+10) of AED 657,253,599, Total built-up area 166,073 SqM (Tower fp=28m x 43m)

Responsible for planning and progress reporting on the project Cactus. To analyse the time plan with the help of Earned Value and CMP was also a part of the task.

* Promote the planning ethos

* Recruit, retain, train and support planners

* Promote and improve Planning Standards at regional and project level

* Presentation of planning and programming to internal & external parties

* Manage and follow up the duties and performance of the planning team

Prepare preliminary planning schedule for projects at pre-tender stage

* Responsible for master CPM schedules and logic network
