Completed a 14 month on-site assignment. The project was a "fast-track" 280,000 square foot industrial manufacturing facility. Design-build delivery method. Working with the project team, established the conceptual plan and schedule. Continually developing into the construction schedule as the design and cost estimate progressed. Cost loaded the schedule and provided earned value reporting. Project completed on-time and under budget.
