To oversee, monitor and analyze the costs of works contracted by the company, most of them contracts to make and preserve hydraulic works for the public sector; other business lines: roads and railways infrastructures construction, roads preservation works, environmental works and private works. To train, oversee, and support construction superintendents in the field of cost controls engineering.

Seconded to Danagas Sharjah as planning and cost engineer for Zora offshore field developement Project.

• Act as integrated Project Controls engineer for the Zora Project
• Cost Control and analysis
• Assist in obtaining third party certification of project expenditure for project funding.
• Monitor all EPC Contractors schedule and costs, Analyse project performance and report variances from project goals.
• Consolidate and prepare Project monthly reporting to management with S curves.
• Advice on cost overrun and new budget requirements
