Providing planning and process development support for two major infrastructure projects (HVDC power transfer) within a new engineering PMO structure.

Assisted in the transition from MS Project to Primavera as the planning tool of choice.

Contractor position, initially for Areva T&D and then for Alstom GRID following a takeover.

Produced tender programmes and progressed construction progress on smaller value projects initially.

Following the win of a design and build contract for Sloane Square and Westbourne Park modernisation our team was relocated to Glasshouse to work closely with LUL on the design and implementation of these projects.

Took design from Riba D to completing Riba F (construction design sign off) before Metronet went bust and the projects were shelved.

WOrking on behalf of the client (London Underground) our team was managing the main contractor undertaking the upgrade of the existing ticket office and the construction and fit out of a new ticket hall and ticket office to serve the Distruct and Circle Line platforms.
I reviewed the main contractor programmes, for my sections, in P3 and then converting these into P6 and updating the programme given to LUL.
I was responsible for the extension of the existing ticket hall and the fit out of the new D&C line ticket hall and ticket offices.
