In the Structural Mechanical Piping construction of three Phosphate Fertilizer plants for OCP in Morocco, I managed the consortium's master schedule on Primavera P6, overseeing 7,000 activities per plant. My role involved coordinating and merging Contractor-Contractor schedules and liaising with client planners. I established the baseline schedule on P6 based on the DCMA 14-point Schedule Assessment and was responsible for defining and creating calendars, WBS, activities, sequencing, resource loading, and activity codes.
