SARAS  T.A. FCC 2009

From October 2008 until July 2009 I was involved in the planning of the FCC and Alkylation plants stop, together with the schedule of investments for all disciplines (civil - mechanical - electrical instrumentation). After realizing three of the five level 4 subprojects, I coordinated four scheduler that every day were uploading advances in the same schedule.

I supervised of the plant stop master, a program containing 13,000 task and its resources.

HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. - Elefsis Refinery Upgrade Project

From March 2011 planner&scheduler&progress reporter at the site with IREM Spa on behalf of Tecnicas Reunidas.

Main Tasks: preparing the schedule level of detail 4 of the mechanical construction (Piping, Equipment, Structure erection and Precommissioning) on Primavera P6. Creation of special tools in Access, Excel to load the weekly progress.
