Head of International Delivery, Centre of Excellence, Lendlease
As part of Lendlease Corporation's Centre of Excellence I am currently responsible for overseeing the international business deliver and execute their projects across Asia, Europe and the Americas. The role's focus is on business strategy, conversion, governance, risk management and the safe delivery of both it's construction and integrated development projects.
I am based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to provide additional oversight of Lendlease's largest integrated development currently under construction, TRX.
1. Responsibility for all the sales, marketing, supply Chain and finance operations of the business in West African countries.
2. Implementing and Management of Projects in newly acquired account.
§ Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes and enhanced management reporting
§ Organize and intensify efficiency support services by ameliorating functions and coordinating communication between businesses and support functions
§ Perform a meaningful role in long-term planning and establishment initiatives aimed at operational distinction
