As a Manager of Project Controls for AECOM’s responsible for overseeing project controls staff including coordinating with key stakeholders across AECOM in the development and implementation of project control standards, procedures and protocols to ensure alignment and consistency; providing direction, guidance and training for staff development and in expanding the scope and visibility of project control services to AECOM’s internal as well as external customers.
As a Project Controls Manager, I was responsible for overall Project Control for the Home Office & job sites on assigned projects. Projects included the construction of a Silicon Polyreaction facility in Butte, MT., and Resource Recovery Facilities in Camden NJ, Hudson Falls, NY and Robbins, IL. Petrochemical expansions for Ashland Oil in Cattlesburgh KY, Fina Oil in Port Arthur TX, Maraven in Cardon, Venezuela, and Uno-Ven in Lemont IL. Cost Control is provided using J.D.
