Job Responsibilities:

·       Coordinating with team leads of various projects.

·       Collection of reports from the projects and summarizing them and presenting them to the top management.

·       Checking the status of the projects and the progress rate.

·       Scheduling the projects using Primavera.

Development of Micro Level Plans based on Project’s Master Schedule.

Project Scheduling & Sequencing of various activities using Primavera.

To Prepare Monthly Program/Targets for Execution of Works.

To update the progress on Weekly basis & trace out the delays.

            To Prepare Weekly & Monthly Reports, Cash Flows & Financial Progress Report.

Management trainee -During the Training period, was introduced to FACT’s three manufacturing divisions, the Engineering and Consultancy division (FEDO), the Engineering works division (FEW) and the Marketing division. Also attended many management programmes organised by FACT’s Management Development Centre in Transactional Analysis, Group Dynamics, Public speaking etc.

(FACT, the pioneers in fertiliser industry in India. FACT later diversified in to the field of Petrochemicals also with the commissioning of 50,000 TPA CAPROLACTAM plant.)

§  Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.

§  Coordinating among Site, Office and Consultants for smooth execution of the project.

§  Resolving teething problems in site execution such as timely material supply, drawing queries, payments, etc.
