• Lead and professionally develop a team of Maıntenance Planners
• Act as Single point of Accountable for the Maintenance improvement project
• Work with Engineering / Maintenance team to develop STP (Site Technical Practices) and GMS (Generic Maintenance Strategies)
• Work together with Contractor and BP engineering teams on preparation of equipment hierarchies, FMEA study (Failure Mode Effective Analysis)
• Work together with Discipline Technical Authorities to update phiosophies such as Safety Critical Philosophy, Criticality assessment procedure.
