In 2013 I am joining the Logistics Supply Chain Management team for the SSR London Underground project. This is first, I will be working in the rail industry.
My responsibility will be varsitile from management of the Logistics Team, suppliers and coordinatining all the material and labour activities to ensure the project is running as planned.
Member of construction logistics team. Responsible for preparing weekly KPI reports and materials coordination & control reports for client. Helped to develop and manage a delivery traffic system to monitor site deliveries and keep traffic flow moving in a just-in-time delivery system. Also prepared site power usage reports, site traffic reports, charts and power points. Deals with contractors/subcontractors on a daily basis. Oversees 3 person team for checking deliveries in and out of site. Manages interns when necessary.
