As a Lead/ Senior Planning / Scheduling Engineer these are my duties and responsibilities:

*Develop Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Schedules (Level II, III, & IV) & in
accordance with the work breakdown structure.
*Prepare Pre-com., Commissioning, & Start-up Schedules (Level IV).
*Prepare Project Cost analysis, Claims, & Identifies critical activities, floats and slipped activities.
*Prepare Progress measurement sheets, Weekly Commodity & Manpower reports.
*Prepare all necessary Graphs (“S” curves, Skyline, Histogram etc.) required for the project.

Responsible for the project management and delivery of Brisbane City Sewerage System Optimisation Construction Programme - Value £17M (IAus Alliancing Contract)

Project Management of rehabilitation and other improvement works for adoption by Brisbane City Council/ South East Queensland Water.

• Responsible in review, coordinate and integrate the Contractor’s program and develop an overall Construction Program.
• Review the Contractor’s Monthly Time Program & Monthly Progress Report.
• Assits the Contract Manager in dealing with Contractor’s claims and disputes.
• Review Contractor’s methodology.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Report submitted to the client.
• Communicate with the Contractor written and orally.
