Development and implementation of the overall program schedule for the T1C Redevelopment Project.

Identification of the critical and key interface touch points.

Prepare the weekly and monthly progress reporting and implementation of key KPI dashboard that tracks the major bulk quantities to aid in progress reporting to senior management.

► Developed EPC level II and III schedules in coordination with program management and EPC while following client’s project delivery model - PDM.

► Performed earned value analysis (SPI) based on rules of credit – ROC and established thresholds.

Role and duties relating to claims and delays
• Review and monitor early warning notifications for cost and delay.
• Compare approved baseline programme with look-a-head and other short term programmes to monitor progress and potential delays.
• Maintain log of delays and update monthly.
• Review submitted notices of Delay and respond to Contractor.
• Carry out merit assessment of submitted delay claims (interim and final particulars) and check for compliance with the Contract in conjunction with Contracts Manager.

Provide planning leadership and support in the development and coordination of the master construction program.  Prepared and maintained the Master WBS and EPS structure, fortnightly progress reports and overall program code structure. Reviewed contractor’s delay claims and provide written claims analysis and recommendations to the project managers.
