  • Prepare  the Master Program and all works programs based for the project.

 

  • After awarding to Contractors, establish the required documents and reports needed to ensure a  proper manage and control of the works. such as the Contractors’ planned resources and production s-curves, progress evaluation forms, submission s-curves, earned-value  for works form and other.

 

  • Provide information to the project team about the Overall Progress, as well as by Main Work Areas.

  • Manage the Internal Programme for the Construction Team;  and the Contractual Programme for the Project Stakeholders
  • Preparation of target programs and short term rolling programs aligned to the internal master programme
  • Prepares weekly and monthly progress reports for the Project Manager, to be submitted to the Client
  • Attend Weekly Coordination Meetings with the Client to update the status of works and highlight possible risks and obstacles of the construction.
  • Compile data for possible delay claims
