Setup of a programme schedule and assistance of project managers in order to get their schedules clearer and eventually entered into the PPPM tool, Clarity and in project management documentation e.g. Project Plan and individual project schedules.
Included creation of schedules, assistance and coaching of project management in scheduling for various projects and programmes within the company as well as training two internal staff memebers to permanently take of the role of project Planner.

Paul was employed By Faithful & Gould at BNFL to develop a portfolio of projects in P3 with a view to transition to P3E being handled by the Change Management dept at Sellafield. Responsibilities included standardising a suite of existing and new schedules, development of standard programme templates, new coding structures, and global reports to allow a move from a Project Control to a Programme Control environment. He left when the position of Planning Manager for MWH was offered to him.
Engaged to assist and advise the Matrix programme team in determining and developing policies, guidelines, work instructions and templates for planning and scheduling specifically for the the train refurbishment company projects and programmes. This includes the establishment of the role of projectplanner as a new job function, the recruitment and selection of a candidate for the role of projectplanner on a permanent basis and the training and coaching of this projectplanner.
