Alfon’s experience in the Middle East has seen him involved in large scale iconic developments throughout the Gulf region and he has applied international practice codes from the USA, the UK and the Middle East. Alfon has high level experience working with various software packages such as Primavera P6.2 and MS Project.

 Check, reviews and analyzes all Level II project schedule (FEED & EPCm) using Primavera 6 (P6) for various projects prepared by assigned Controls Engineer for Service Proposal and Level VI schedule upon receipt of Service Order (SO) from the Client for implementation.  Check & reviews Cost Time & Resources (CTR) prepared by assigned Control Engineer prior to submission to Client.  Check & reviews Progress Measurement Unit (PMU) for each projects.  Participates in the Technical / Commercial Bid Evaluation (TBE/CBE) of the Bidders for various projects.

PCE for SZB Dry Fuel Store Project

Responsible for providing project control planning and support for the construction of a new nuclear dry fuel storage building at Sizewell B Power Station

Review, approve and managed schedules for all major sub contract works for steel structure, civil and building works, mechanical works, piping, insulation, field erected tanks, cooling tower, duct works, electrical and instrumentations.

Updates primavera master construction schedule bi weekly and monthly, re forecast man hours to meet baseline schedule.
