Summary of my responsibilities are:

Development of the Field Development Master Schedule.

Up-dating of the Field Development Road Maps to support each approval lifecycle.

Alignment of the project  cost breakdown structure with the schedule work break down structure.

Coordinating all reporting efforts including risk and change management and document management.

• Compile, obtain approval of, analyse and update the portfolio ConocoPhillips Indonesia Projects
• Coordinate schedule risk analysis
• Develop and update ConocoPhillips Indonesia Project Services Procedure/Specifications
• Assits Manager Project Services in enhancing Project Control System
• Develop Planning Engineer
