Integrated Asset Plans for all CNRI UK offshore platforms, Shutdown & Project Plans, Business / Strategic Plans, KPI Reports, S Curves, Histograms, Progress reports.Review, Validate & Intergrate Contractor schedules into the Integrated Plan. POB Forecast at Strategic /Tactical, 6Q, 90 Day and 28 Day levels. Planning & Progress Meetings with stakeholders, What-if Scenarios. Liase with Senior Project and Discipline Engineers and different departments. Risk analysis workshops for major projects. Manage the interface between the Planning Tools (P6, MSP & Maximo).
