GIS Central Project Management Office (CPMO)

Joined the team having previous working experience and Masters level course work in Project planning and scheduling using Primavera (P6) and MS Project.

Main Achievements

·        Served as an integral part of GIS project management team by creating, maintaining and controlling multiple Project Plans using Primavera.

Predominantly sales support, procurement and project coordination.  Created a short course for computer engineers to raise the profile of project maangement concepts in an effort to counteract ongoing scope-creep issues.

Scheduling for major client implementations and resource deployment reporting.  Constructed a system to accept Consultant timesheets to inform invoicing and monitor resource workload.

A variety of roles within the IT Department, all focused on Project Management, PMO and Project Controls. Also trained to Green Belt standard in Six-Sigma. Roles included:
