My current role is Active Directory admin/Vmware Admin/Systems Admin.

I've now been thrown in as Open Plan Professional admin, to which I know NOTHING about.

I come here hoping I'm in some what of the right place, seeking help maybe I can gain knowledge on how to fix some problems.

Goal:

Rescue and deliver complex applications in telecommunication portal project for Mobilkom. 

Role:

Telecoms technical development delivery specialist and taskforce delivery leader.

Responsibility:

Manage all project delivery operational areas; Planning (concept, feasibility), Development (design, build), Testing (quality review), Production deployment

Achievement:

Delivered the GSM portal within 45 days. Currently used by over 2 million people.

Project manager for Data center move for Pfizer in Groton, Ct Built new Data center and moved and consolidated 3 data centers into the new one

IT Program Manager.  Leads a team of internal resources, consultants and project managers in the analysis and development of solutions (improved application architecture design and development practice, business operation process, and IT solution) for a set of multi-phase projects aimed at improving customer purchase experience and speeding up the check out process through an automated solution.  Managed resource allocation and availability to effectively deliver the projects meet the business goals and objectives.
