Head of Project Services

I am currently the Head of Project Services for the Potash business. I manage a team of sub-functional specialists in estimating, planning and scheduling, cost engineering, project controls and reporting for the projects in this Business.

Fortior Global was created out of the merger of  three formerly separate project controls implementation specialists, Primavera Australia, PCS Pty Ltd and Project Management Solutions (Australia).
