This was a Very complex Brown Field Project representing an invstment made by Lundin Mining to Explore the new Zinc ore Bodies named Lombador North/South that will allow the increase of Zinc Production and extend the Life of Mine.

Responsible for defining Planning and Scheduling Concept, Progress measuring procedure, Sub-contractors scheduling co-ordination.

Implementation of reporting procedures, KPIs monitoring, Operations coordination.
