Fabrication Site Manager

Working as Site Manager for green-field build of an 1100-ton module, I was responsible for ensuring on time delivery in a very schedule driven project.  I managed a team of 25 construction supervisors and project management team, tasked with co-ordinating the structural fabrication, TSA/PFP application, outfitting and pre-commissioning of the module.  With Design and material supply being the scope of a different contractor, one of the primary challenges faced was ensuring the late receipt of drawings and materials did not affect the fabricator, and structure the work in such a ma
