Appointed as Forensic Planning Expert (Expert Witness) on a dispute regarding valuation of extensionof time entitlement and enforceability of liquidated damages, providing expert evidence to the arbitralpanel in accordance with the Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).Delay Analyst / Claims Consultant for different types and scales of projects (heavy industry,educational, healthcare, infrastructure, etc.).

Programme expert appointed on a ground improvement scheme in Sheppey, including the provision of new roads. Undertook the analysis and quantification of the delays on behalf of the contractor, and prepared a written report.

Analysis of planned and as-built programmes and delay events on a project extending Docklands Light Railway to accommodate three-car trains;

Programme expert appointed on behalf of the Employer in connection with a dispute regarding the construction and refurbishment of an existing school in Sheffield. Provided expert report for adjudication proceedings.
