Trained at 84 Lumber’s “Lumber Camp” on how to do take offs and read blue prints.  Took responsibilities in running operations, logistics, sales, and managing staff at store with a budget of $11 million.  Performed job site visits to meet with contractors and subcontractors to organize meetings and schedule delivery times.  Discussed with vendors pricing, organized delivery schedule.  Organized delivery drivers and loads and helped with managing yard staff.
