Generate cost analysis and cost proposal for additional works.
Established construction baseline schedule using PRIMAVERA (P3ec) in accordance to contract specifications of the project.
Monitor the construction progress and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress report; monthly interim payment request.
Summarize Bill of Quantities based on approved drawings and finalize As-Built Quantities
Assist contract manager in producing claim documents.
