 -monthly update & fortlnightly progress report.

 -update & develop 2 weeks & 2 month look ahead for forecasting purpose.

 Sunway University – New University Building – (RM 325,000,000.00)

 -develop master work programme.

 -prepare & furnish planning sheet on programming purpose.

• Develop the project schedule, track and monitor progress, plot the schedule

• Preparation of project S-curves, resource histograms and input into progress reports

• Notify the Project management team of delays and effects of delays to the overall project schedule

• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Report
