The Works comprised the construction and completion of luxury villas inclusive of substructure, finishes, electrical, plumbing & mechanical installations, ancillary external works and services within the site boundaries.
Specific duties were:
v Preparation of Transmittals for the submission of subcontractors.
v Preparation of Transmittals for Internal Distribution.
v Updating Various Log sheets.
v Receiving subcon Letters.
v Filing Invoices, Incoming and Outgoing letters, Transmittals, to the appropriate files.
v Labelling of each folders.
