Deputy Manager - Planning

• Preparation of Sub-contractor work orders in ERP along with vendor creation and registration.
• Preparation of vendor bills in ERP.
• Supporting Planning Manager in scheduling using P6 & MSP.

• Responsible for site coordination with client and contractor.
• Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for client and contractors at site.
• Holding meetings with contractors.
• Preparing L1 and L2 schedules along with building wise schedule and monitoring.
• Preparing DPR and other MIS reports as per HO requirements.

• Preparation & Tracking of the project schedule.
• Weekly/Monthly reports generation including ‘S’-curves for Management review. Updating and monitoring of drawings and deliverable list.
• Responsible for monitoring of material supply in Assembly shop for smooth progress of equipment.
• Co-ordination with Engineering disciplines & operations for the Project deliverables to meet schedule.

Prepares project control plans and detailed staffing utilization plans for discipline or specialty activities.

Assists in preparing schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations. Participates in developing and presenting training classes on designated subjects and on-the-job training for specific processes and practices.
