Working on West Qurna Phase 2 Project for LukOil Client near Basra, Iraq

Project Controls (Estimating, Planning & Scheduling, Cost Control & Billing for the whole site) for an ongoing CUI job.

• Analyze the scope of work of the projects and prepare the estimates accordingly for issuance of Purchase requisitions. 
• Prepare and finalize cost control reports for the respective project for management review.
• Prepare Cost and Revenue accrual reports for the assigned projects.
• Prepare project status reports quarterly for submission to corporate.
• Analyze Change order requests from Client and prepare summaries related to additional works.
• Monitor and control project total expenditure including verifying of invoices and claims from suppliers,

Assures the control of all costs incurred onsite by Saudi Oger directly, or billed by Subcontractors, and assists in the forecasting of future project resource requirements.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1.     Verifies all costs and expenses incurred onsite by Saudi Oger directly (Concrete works), identifies any variances with forecasted budget and compiles Cost Control Report to be submitted to Service Manager and Site Project Manager.

- Elaboration of Budget Baseline 

- Monitoring of US$ 4M budget

- Elaboration of cashflow.

- Validation of equipment supplier invoices.
