SENIOR COST CONTROL

 Main Activities:

Planning, Estimation, and Cost Control (PECC) Manager on EPCM Contract for Iron Ore DSO Mining project. Review and validation of Feasibility Study Schedule and CAPEX Budget- re-estimation and rescheduling to develop EPCM presentations accepted by Client. Review of qualifications and cost analysis /comparisons for selection of GMP Contractor. Controls on Process Equipment Procurement and long-lead processes. Development and controls in Proliance-based PMIS system. Development of procedures and systems to be implemented at processing plant site in NE Quebec at New Foundland-Labrador border.
