Construction Site Planning

Site Planning Assistant, site day to day activities planning, progress updation, report preparation 

Building and developing new and maintaining the existing construction schedules for the current 66 Special Projects for increase and maximisation of plant production.

• Working in a management team maintaining the schedule requirements of 8 x Site Project Managers.
• Daily client and contractor interface and schedule review during routine construction and shutdowns.
• Contribution to weekly and monthly data collection and reporting including forecasts and trends.
• Taking weekly progress photos, editing and issuance thereof a

Building and development of the Bechtel Construction pre-bid Proposal and resourced Construction Execution Schedule with approximately 1,376,583 manhours within a team of planners.

• After handing over the developed Bechtel Construction schedule to a dedicated contract scheduler for that seperable portion of work scope I resumed my role and duties as Site Project Planner within the EPCM management team for the overall Project Schedule as Principal Contractor.
• Managing half the awarded Major Contractor Schedules and liaison within EPCM Team
