• Organizing and managing planning capability and preparation of robust tender and contract programme for the business unit using appropriate planning tool, e.g.

Extensive experience in sequence logic developing for construction activities; construction methods oriented decisions; database implementation of BCIS, Spon’s, Rsmeans, CESMM4, Laxton.

Crossrail Design SCL Tunnels - Construction Planning Manager

Crossrail is the new high frequency, convenient and accessible railway for London and the South East. Approximately 22km of the route is underground incorporating 5 mined stations. Role required the management of the construction planning for the underground Sprayed Concrete Lining (SCL) Works for the stations, cross-passages, cross-over caverns and associated ventilation/intervention shafts and tunnels.

HS2 Lot1b London Metropolitan - Construction Planning Manager

The Lead Planner role includes the management of a construction team dealing with:

·  The production of Primavera P6 programmes for the London Metropolitan section.

·  The production of Community Forum Area planning reports and design documents relating to constructability.
