I was involved as a part of the owner´s team for the construction of the “New Plant of Cristalerías Chile Llay-Llay”, the project has an investment of $110 Million (USD). The main scope of works were concrete 22.450 m3, reinforcement bars 1.541 tons, steel structures 1.450 tons, earthworks 12.000 m3, backfills 13.500 m3, pavements 20.900 m2, surface constructed 27.000 m2.

1.       G+M+2 typical floor buildings (3buildings) warehouses (4numbers) and G+1 labor accommodation (1 building) (UAQ)

2.       Office & logistic facility (10 warehouses) on plot no.598-1110 for Grand stores in Dubai investment park Dubai.

Construction/Site Manager/Planner on a wide variety of Projects in South Africa. Responsible for all aspects of running a sucessful project to completion.
