Construction Inspector

I served as Office Engineer and Construction Inspector on Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion program, worth $100 million plus.  Program consisted of expansion of wastewater treatment facilioty to 70 mgd.  Maintained field records for inspection and equipment documentation.  Inspected offsite utility contract and onsite pile-driving operations.

Construction Office Manager: Performed duties as construction office manager for various Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) bridge and highway construction/ reconstruction projects throughout Pennsylvania.

Highway Construction Inspector on Pennsylvania Department of Transportation bridge superstructure replacement and intersection safety improvement projects.
