Consortium Planning Manager  in charge of:

Managing a Team of 14 Planners ensuring best Planning Practices were being applied to a £150m per year Capital programme

Provision of Earned Value data to the Senior Management and ensuring that issues were highlighted and actions allocated when recovery was needed.

Involved in inward auditing of schedules as well as being the point of contact for Earned Value audits held by National Grid
