Civils Planning Engineer

Ensure project schedule is continually monitored, updated and reported against including forecasts and comparisons against baselines 

Sequencing and logical linkages between activities 

Establish the resource plan and project measurement systems 

Provide advice and support to maintain progress and recommend corrective action where necessary 

¨        Prepared contractually required planning, scheduling and control procedures for BP Global- NA offshore Project, SNC Lavalin- Kirby project, and for Shell Canada – Carmon Creek & AOSPE Project.

¨        Issued the WBS, resource loaded schedules, and labour plans as part of project controls dept.
