• Project planning and scheduling.
• Project tracking and analysis.
• All work based on PRIMAVERAand MS-PROJECT.
• Calculation of volume of materials according to drawing.
• Quantity take off of Building works.
• Rate analysis of Building works.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantity.
• Preparation of Rate of Building works.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule.
• All computer based process is implemented by MS-EXCEL.

Trainee - Planning and Cost Control Auxiliary

Duties:

• Schedule updates.
• Reporting.
• Basic Cost Control

Follow up with site engineers of Contractor and subcontractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule

Daily reporting about progress, non compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager

Ensure that Communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the engineers/Contractors and Sub-Contractor’s Representatives

Conducting regular job site inspections

Actively monitor the work environment for hazards

Assist in the quality and safety audit

Perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on marine construction projects.

Planning the work and efficiently organizing the   site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Preparing reports as required; resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise
