Civil Engineer (Planning and Controlling)

1. To Prepare a  Contract Baseline Programme Package to ensure that all activities and milestones are in full compliance with all terms of the Contract.
2. To discuss and fulfill client’s requirement and make revisions in the SHOP DRAWINGS in co-ordination with the architect if required.
3. To negotiate and finalize vendors depending upon project requirement & cost Optimization along with drafting the contract documents.
4. To Get all authority approval

Project Controls Chief, working at the HQ of a heavy industries company which has projects in Russia and Turkmenistan.

Experience in scope management, attending client´s requirements and participation in preparing proposals, review the budget. Project administration, monitoring and control of time, cost, resources and deliverables. Utilize project work breakdown structure for the schedule ensuring its alignment with cost control. Forecasts, controls, and reports project costs. Implementation and management of the project portfolio in the areas of process engineering and geotechnics. Responsible for providing training in MSProject tool to the administration team at Golder.
