    Management: helping manging the 3 different teams (Client Service, Tele Sales Service, BPO)



 Project Management : Launching and monitoring of different clients projectsi (creation of scripts, processes, data basesréation des process et des scripts, suivi des bases de, implementation and monitoring CRM)



 Clients Relation : Daily communication with the client, reporting, weekly production comities and monthly piloting comities
