Associate Director - Delay Analyst

Provide independent services/advice to clients, stakeholders, contractors and sub-contractors in the construction industry on all aspects of project delivery/management, project planning, commercial/contracts management, delay analysis and scope change management.

• Working on various projects throughout the Africa region and responsible for delivering key assignments within the region, reporting to the Director of Planning.
• Responsible for Forensic Delay Analysis of contractual programmes to demonstrate the impacts of acceleration, disruption and delay claims.
• Preparing and evaluating of claims.
• Undertake and give input into programming & planning on projects.
• Develop Bid / Tender programmes.
