1. Preparing schedules and monitor progress of site.
2. Prepare cash flow for building works.
3. Monitor material requirements of site.
Organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.
Interact with client and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
Design and develop project schedule.
Monitor project schedule progress against an established baseline and performance and identify developing problem areas.
Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, manufacturing and construction disciplines.
2. Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for projects.

Project: University Hospital, Dubai Health Care City.
Project consisting 3 Basements (circa 31,000 m2 each), 5-storey (circa 15,000 m2/floor) Podium housing clinics operation theaters, public areas, and 14-storey (circa 4,500 m2/floor) Hospital Tower building, in addition to a 7-storey Admin building (circa 2,100 m2/floor).
Project value: US $ 180 Million.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Received the Drawing from Design Dept.
· Read the drawing and collect the data’s using drawing details.
· Advance Planning for Quality Production meeting Co-ordinate to other departments.
· Create Bill of Materials, cutting plans, Schedule work allotments and utilize machine and man power details.
